Ingredients

1 c. apple juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavor gelatin
1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
2 c. canned applesauce
Preparation

Heat apple juice to boiling.
Combine with gelatin in a 1 1/2-quart bowl and stir to dissolve gelatin.
Blend in ice cream. Fold in 1 1/2 cups applesauce.
Chill until mixture is thickened. Spoon into bowl and garnish with remaining applesauce.
Makes 8 servings.
