Stir-Fry Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green pepper, 1/2-inch chunks
    1/2 c. yellow squash, 1/2-inch chunks
    1/2 c. zucchini, 1/2-inch chunks
    1/2 c. nuked baby carrots (approximately 1 1/2 minutes)
    3 Tbsp. Italian dressing
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Place veggies in Ziploc bag with dressing.
    Marinate 24 hours, shaking occasionally.
    Drain liquid.
    Add mushrooms. Stir-fry until veggies are tender-crisp.
