Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. ground hot peppers
    1 1/2 c. ground sweet peppers
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
    red or green food coloring
Preparation
    Blend peppers and mix in sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to a brisk boil for 3 minutes.
    Add pectin and boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes.
    Pour into hot sterile jars.
