Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

whole graham crackers
3 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 can low-fat chocolate frosting
Preparation

Layer a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with whole graham crackers.
Mix the pudding with the milk; fold in the Cool Whip.
Spread half of mixture on top of graham crackers.
Make another layer of graham crackers.
Spread on remaining pudding mixture.
Top with another layer of whole graham crackers.
Frost with 1 can of chocolate frosting.
Chill overnight.
