Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    sprinkle of each: garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    ketchup to taste (at least 1/2 c. to moisten well)
Preparation
    Put foil in bottom of pan, leaving enough on edges to \"tent\" over top.
    Mix all ingredients together and shape into loaf in center of pan.
    Tent the pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 (or until done through and brown).
