Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. salt to nearly 3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar and oil.
    Add salt.
    Beat flour into liquid mixture real well; dump on floured surface. Knead in 1/2 to 3/4 cup flour.
    Knead almost 10 minutes.
    Grease bowl that dough was in; return dough to bowl.
    Let rise until double, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down; shape into balls and place into greased loaf pan.
    Let rise again approximately 1 1/2 hours or until double.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until very brown on top.
    Remove from oven and rub butter on top.
    Will make approximately 2 dozen rolls or 1 loaf of bread.
