Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Aunt Jemima grits
    7 1/2 c. water
    1 stick oleo
    2 level tsp. salt
    1 onion, grated
    1 pkg. sharp cheese, grated
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 level tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Combine grits, water and salt.
    Cook until thick.
    Add oleo, onion, cheese, Cheez Whiz, eggs, garlic powder and red pepper. Stir until well mixed.
    Put in oiled casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
    This serves about 20 people and it freezes well.
