Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced squash (zucchini or yellow)
    3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 stick oleo
    3/4 c. mushroom soup
    1 c. crushed crackers (save half)
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender.
    In skillet, melt butter and add bell pepper and onion.
    Drain squash.
    Mix with skillet mixture.
    Add eggs, soup and 1/2 crackers.
    Put into ungreased casserole dish. Put remaining crackers on top.
    Can add cheese before cooking. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
