Fabulous Ham And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices white sandwich bread, trimmed and cubed
    1 lb. cubed ham
    6 eggs
    1 lb. cubed Cheddar cheese
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
    Spread half of the bread cubes evenly in dish.
    Add the ham and cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard and pour over all, then cover with remaining bread crumbs and refrigerate overnight.
    Combine corn flakes and butter for a topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
