Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine (cold for processor)
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and powdered sugar
    until light and fluffy.
    Add salt, vanilla, flour and nuts.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    With teaspoon remove small amount of dough.
    With hands form a ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
    Remove and roll immediately in powdered sugar.
    Makes 30 to 36 cookies.
