Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. white self-rising cornmeal
3 eggs
1 large can cream-style corn
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 or 4 chopped jalapeno peppers
1 large grated onion
2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into three 8-inch well-greased pans.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
