Beacon Hill Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (6 oz.) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 egg whites
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. Baker's cocoa
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips over hot water.
    Set aside.
    Add a dash of salt to egg whites and beat.
    Gradually add sugar beating until well blended.
    Then beat until mixture will form stiff peaks. Beat in vinegar and vanilla.
    Fold in Baker's cocoa, chopped nuts and melted chocolate.
    Drop onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Makes 36 cookies.
