Debbie'S Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Taco Shells
    1 lb. hamburger
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. (about 4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Prepare Taco Shells.
    Cook and stir hamburger in skillet until done.
    Drain.
    Stir in water, 1/2 cup onion, chili powder, salt, cumin and garlic.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 10 minutes.
    Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into each shell.
    Top with lettuce, onion, cheese, tomato and sour cream.
