Soft 100% Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. yeast (rounded)
1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. honey
4 Tbsp. oil
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. lecithin
4 c. warm water
12 c. extra fine wheat flour
1/2 c. white flour
Preparation

Combine yeast and 1/2 cup warm water and let stand for 10 minutes.
Combine and mix all ingredients except flour.
Add flour, one cup at a time and mix well with mixer until stiff.
Add rest of flour, 1 cup at a time and knead until it does not stick to hands. Let rise and work down every 20 minutes for 3 hours.
Put in greased bread pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
