Salmon Noodle Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, seasoned noodles
    2 c. flaked salmon
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine butter, flour and milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
    Add salmon.
    Season to taste.
    Fill well-oiled ring mold with alternate layers of creamed salmon and noodles.
    Sprinkle each layer with crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Unmold.
    Fill center with buttered canned peas and carrots.
    Garnish with slices of hard-cooked eggs.
    Yields 8 servings.
