Tomato Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 large tomatoes, peeled
1 onion, sliced and separated
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs.
Spray pie plate with Pam.
Slice and place tomatoes in pie plate.
Layer separated onion slices over tomatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle grated cheese over vegetables.
Pour batter over layered ingredients.
Bake 30 minutes in preheated 375\u00b0 oven.
Serve warm.
