*Salad Dressing For Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Cook everything together, except the butter and cream, over medium heat until it thickens.
    Remove from heat; add butter and cream.
    After it cools, mix over a bowl of fresh fruit or canned fruit.
