Ingredients

3/4 c. oleo
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
8 oz. cream cheese
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip or La Creme
fruit, such as pineapple tidbits, sliced bananas, sliced kiwi, and fresh peaches dipped in pineapple juice
Preparation

Cream
together
the oleo, sugar and vanilla.
Continue to cream
as
you add flour and nuts; mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes in 2 (9-inch) pie plates.
Cool, then add the
mixed cream cheese and Cool Whip; spread over crust.
Top with fruit. Cover this with glaze.
