Salsa - Harper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. canned tomatoes, peeled
    5 medium tomatillos, peeled and roasted
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    3 medium scallions, chopped
    1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
    3 medium Serrano chilies, roasted
    3 medium Fresno chilies, roasted
Preparation
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    In blender or food processor, combine tomatoes, spices and chilies.
    Blend until smooth and chunky.
    Place in large non-metallic bowl.
    Add remainder of ingredients.
    Let chill for 1 hour, then serve with tortilla chips.
