Chocolate Goodies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    6 oz. Cool Whip
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    4 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients until crumbly; spread in loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until creamy.
    Fold in Cool Whip and spread in pan. Prepare pudding according to package directions.
    Pour the pudding on top of the cream cheese.
    Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
