Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 Ritz crackers, rolled to fine crumbs
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 carton heavy cream
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add gradually sugar, mixed with baking powder, vanilla and salt.
Fold in cracker crumbs and walnuts.
Put in well-greased pie pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When cold, spread with heavy cream, whipped with vanilla and sugar to taste.
Grate chocolate on top.
