Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. presifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 c. pimento, chopped
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Blend in shortening, cheese and pimento.
    Add milk to make a soft dough.
    Roll out on floured board to 1/2-inch thickened.
    Fold over and roll again.
    Cut with biscuit cutter and place on greased cookie sheet, leaving space between so all sides can brown.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes.
    Makes 36 tiny biscuits.
