Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. black beans
    3 medium onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    ham bone
    2 qt. water
    2 green peppers, cut
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash beans and soak overnight in water in the refrigerator. Next day, boil beans and other ingredients.
    When it boils, turn to simmer until beans are tender.
    Serve over rice.
    Great main dish.
