Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
    Gradually add sugar and lemon juice.
    Beat in cottage cheese and sour cream.
    Fold in the cooked, drained noodles.
    Place in ungreased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
