Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 small onion, sliced
Preparation
    Blend together cheese soup, milk, pepper, sliced potatoes and onion.
    In buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole, put alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover.
    Bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes are done.
