Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. olive oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 c. xxx sugar
1/4 lemon juice
Preparation

Combine cake mix with olive oil, apricot nectar and the 4 egg yolks; beat well for 4 minutes.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cake batter.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
