Orange Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large orange Jell-O
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 small pkg. slivered almonds

Preparation

In bowl, mix Jell-O with 2 cups hot water.
Stir well until dissolved, then add 1 cup cold water.
Stir well.
Add sour cream and beat with mixer just until blended (takes just a few seconds).
Add mandarin oranges with juice and almonds.
Stir and pour into Jell-O mold.
Chill until firm.
