Venison Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. deer meat
2 tsp. seasoning blend
1 clove garlic
1 qt. tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 green pepper
3 Tbsp. flour
1 large onion
6 medium potatoes
1 carrot
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Preparation

Cut deer meat in small cubes,
peel potatoes and cut into bite-sizes.
Peel and slice carrots.
Cut green pepper in strips. Dredge meat in flour and place in heavy kettle.
Add seasonings, onion and garlic.
Brown.
Add potatoes and carrot.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer until vegetables are done.
Stir.
Before serving, add peas and green pepper.
Cook until peas are tender.
