Agnes' Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef cubes
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 can carrots
    1 can peas
    onion, diced
    cooked noodles
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil water to cover meat and boil 5 minutes.
    Lower heat to simmer and cook 1 1/2 hours.
    Add potatoes, salt, pepper and carrots.
    Save juice for thickening.
    Cook noodles; drain and add to large pan of mixture.
    Mix 1/2 stick margarine with flour like for white sauce and add to juices, then add to meat mixture.
