Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 acorn squash
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. applesauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped pecans
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Wash and pierce squash with a fork.
    Place on paper towel in microwave. Cook 8 minutes on High power. Turn halfway through cooking time. Cut in half.
    Remove seeds.
    Mix the brown sugar, butter, applesauce, pecans and cinnamon all together.
    Fill cavity with the ingredients.
    Return to cook for 4 minutes on High. Yields 4 servings.
