Veal With Rice And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal, cut into small pieces
    1 Tbsp. oil
    onion
    garlic
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 c. beef broth
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown veal in oil.
    Add onion, garlic and green pepper; cook a few minutes.
    Add parsley and broth; simmer, covered, 15 minutes. Add rice and stir.
    Cover and cook 15 minutes.
    Slowly stir in sour cream.
    Season to taste and cover.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
