Great Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes (12 medium), peeled, cooked and hot
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. French onion dip
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Add cream cheese and butter.
    Beat well and mix in French onion dip and milk with salt and pepper.
    Place in greased 9-inch casserole dish and refrigerate.
    If using immediately, bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until light brown. Serves 8 to 12.
