Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract or to taste
1/4 tsp. wintergreen extract or to taste
red and green food coloring
granulated sugar
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar by hand until smooth and doughy.
Divide in half.
Add a few drops of flavoring; add to taste.
Add food coloring.
Pinch off small pieces of dough.
Roll into balls and dip into sugar; press into molds.
Refrigerate, covered.
