Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1/3 (2 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick margarine
    16 to 18 crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions but leave out salt.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine with cheese and stir over broccoli.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and add Ritz crackers.
    Pour on top.
    Cook until bubbles.
