Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 cans tomato puree
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation

Cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until beef is completely done and onion is tender; drain.
Add remaining ingredients, plus 1 cup water.
Stir well.
Simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
Leftover sauce freezes well.
