Greek Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
    2 sticks butter, melted
    6 eggs, well beaten
    2 med. onions, finely chopped and sauteed
    3/4 lb. Feta cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    pepper to taste
    1 box Fillo thin strudel sheets
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well.
    Add 1/4 cup melted butter to spinach.
    Mix eggs, onion and cheeses together and combine with spinach.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter bottom of 11 x 17 pan. Place 8 pastry sheets in pan 2 at a time, brushing every second sheet with melted butter.
    Distribute spinach mixture evenly over pastry sheets.
    Repeat process with 8 more pastry sheets.
    With sharp knife cut through top to mark into squares.
    Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
    When cooled can be stored in refrigerator or frozen.
    Reheat in 350\u00b0 oven.
