Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork loin backbone
    2 1/2 qt. water
    1 small onion, quartered
    2 bulbs garlic, quartered
    4 to 5 cans tomato soup
    1 (8 oz.) Hunts tomato sauce
    2 fresh tomatoes, diced
    10 oz. sour cream
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Pressure cook the first 4 ingredients.
    Cook tomato soup, tomato sauce and fresh tomatoes for 30 minutes.
    Add salt and parsley flakes.
    Strain soup, then add sour cream last.
