2 1/2 c. (2 lb. can) tomatoes
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. margarine/butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 slices bread, buttered
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, bread crumbs and onion.
Melt butter.
Add flour, seasonings and mustard.
Combine with tomato mixture and pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Cut bread slices into cubes and sprinkle over tomatoes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
