Meatball Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. corn meal
salt to taste
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. oil
4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 carrots, peeled and cut in pieces
1 large can tomatoes
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients well.
Form into small balls; roll in flour and brown in oil.
Then, remove from skillet and alternate with potatoes and carrots in casserole dish.
Add 1 tablespoon flour to pan where meatballs were browned.
Add tomatoes and let come to boil.
Pour over meatballs in casserole.
Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
