Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    2 egg whites
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Mix together butters, juice, milk, flour, yolks and rind.
    Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, but not dry.
    Fold into first mixture.
    Pour into pastry lined pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
