Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
    3/4 c. shredded American cheese
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/3 c. almonds or walnuts, cut up
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. whipped cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Toss together lightly the cooked chicken, American cheese, diced celery, pineapple, almonds or walnuts, paprika, salt and mayonnaise.
    Before serving, add whipped cream and 1/4 cup mayonnaise, if needed.
    This will serve 4 to 5 persons.
