Parsley Soup With Danish Dumplings(Make Soup Ahead Of Dumplings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    2 large carrots
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 large potato
    3 3/4 c. chicken stock
    1 tsp. chicken seasoning to c. of water
Preparation
    Slice thinly equal amounts of onion and carrots.
    Heat margarine in pan.
    Stir onion and carrots for 6 minutes.
    Add thinly sliced potato and stir 3 to 5 minutes.
    Pour in heated stock and salt.
    Simmer covered 35 minutes.
    Add parsley and reheat. This is good without the dumplings.
