Sunday Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) whole fryer
    8 to 10 carrots, peeled
    8 medium potatoes, peeled
    seasoned salt
    2 tsp. dried onions
    2 tsp. beef bouillon
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Spray casserole dish with no-stick spray.
    Rub chicken liberally with seasoned salt.
    Place in dish.
    Surround chicken with carrots and potatoes.
    Sprinkle carrots and potatoes with onions and bouillon.
    Do not add any liquid.
    Put covered, in a 300\u00b0 oven before you leave for Sunday school.
    It will be done after church.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
