Maple Nut Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/3 c. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water.
    Mix these and cook in double boiler about half an hour, then put stiffly beaten whites of 3 eggs and a little salt in after taking off the stove. Add maple flavoring.
