Red Skelton'S Booze Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 macaroons
    1/4 c. bourbon
    butter pecan ice cream
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Crumble macaroons and add bourbon.
    Mix thoroughly and press into a pie pan bottom.
    Spoon softened butter pecan ice cream over macaroon mixture in pie pan, filling pan.
    Smooth ice cream. Sprinkle a few macaroon crumbs on top of ice cream.
    Top with whipped cream and freeze until ready to serve.
