Creamy Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stir until frosting is of spreading consistency.
    Spread over cake layers, cupcakes or brownies. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
