Curried Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced raw potatoes
2 1/2 c. boiling water
3 chicken or beef bouillon cubes
3/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all but milk, butter and pepper.
Cover and cook until potatoes fall apart (40 to 50 minutes).
Remove from heat.
Blend in blender along with milk, butter and pepper.
Heat only until hot.
Serves 6.
