Classic Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. half and half
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (12 oz.) jar cherry preserves
Preparation

Soften the cream cheese.
Add sugar and flour.
Mix well and blend in eggs, one at a time.
Stir in half and half and vanilla flavoring.
Pour over crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool completely before removing rim.
Before serving, spoon cherry preserves over the top.
