Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 (27.5 oz.) jar thick spaghetti sauce (Ragu or Prego chunky with garlic and tomatoes
1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese (2 large bags, grated)
1 lb. medium Cheddar cheese (1 bag, grated)
1 pt. cottage cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and drain grease.
Add spaghetti sauce and let simmer on very low temperature approximately 30 minutes.
Cook noodles as directed on box until soft, but not fully done.
Spray dish with Pam before placing first layer of noodles.
Layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese and repeat second layer the same.
Spoon cottage cheese by teaspoons and drop around on top of sauce.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly throughout.
