Parmesan Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. thinly sliced potatoes
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine potatoes, oil, salt and pepper in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 425\u00b0
for 30 minutes or until tender.
